Not as good as I would have hoped

Quality of screen print was not as durable/detailed as other name tags I've seen and ordered. Full size secondary badge almost dwarfs the wings themselves. Requested "centered under insignia" and got the Marine Corps far left for first/far right for last name configuration.
Service and responsiveness of the staff was great, though.

Fixed My Goof

Again, perfect USAF aviation nametags but this time correcting my goof! I inadvertently ordered against the double-device format, intending only the single device format. One quick e-mail the next morning (never order late at night!) corrected the entire order and the new nametag owner is enjoying her gift without knowing my screw-up! Fantastic customer service with unmatchable quality; Wings and Things is the place to shop for such products without a second thought!
