Product Description
Our embossed leather nametags are individually cut and pressed from raw leather and then handpainted by our highly skilled team. Each nametag is an individual work of art. Please note that most embossed nametags are sewn directly to the leather jackets and as such do not require Velcro. All text will be in ALL CAPS with the exception of small "c"s in names like "McConnell".
If for any reason you need to change your order after you have placed it, you may do so without incurring extra charge within the first THREE BUSINESS DAYS of ordering. After the three days, any changes made to your nametag will incur a charge for materials ($13.50).
With regards to bulk orders: To receive a copy of our standardized bulk order form, please request one from sales@wings-and-things.com. Attaching a bulk order form is not required of all customers. If you are only ordering a nametag for yourself, DO NOT attach a bulk order form with one nametag listed. If you would like to place an order for multiple nametags, please make sure to select the appropriate quantity of nametags ordered. If we receive a bulk order of multiple nametags but do not receive full payment, we will only make and ship the nametags that were paid for. Some options are still required to be selected on the website before you can add the order form to the cart, please select "NO INSIGNIA" and fill any required textboxes with "BULK ORDER".

Very impressed with the quality of the producs. However the recipient was our nephew, a Marine pilot who was visiting over the Christmas holidays. I ordered in very early December, checked status on a few occasions and finally called to determine if we would receive by Christmas. I had commitments from Wings & Things customer service to contact me with a status and expectations if it would arrive before the holiday. I never received the call-back after leaving multiple messages. I finally received the product on Dec 28. :-(
Again, fine product, but service could be better.

Excellent, quality product from Wings & Things, as usual, however they shipped it to the wrong address, and used gold for the wings, instead of silver, as it was ordered.

fantastic customer service. I had a unique request to have ESWS Name tag on my black motorcycle jacket. I was called by a pleasant young lady who made some hand adjustments to the end product. She was a Technic professional and artist. Nice to know people take pride in their jobs
