The Air Force put us in the mask business when we produce 1400 for the local students. Our design evolved over time with the materials we had on hand. We are now using elastic for the top and bottom straps. Our design is not the around the ears style. I was able to get 1000 meters of elastic from an overseas supplier just after we finished the 1400 pieces.
