3. Worthy of representing the military

   Quality! Noticed it as soon as I opened the package. No (Irish flags) a military term for loose threading. When I see things that have been sewn it is the loose threads that distinguish quality from run of the mill. The velcro backing was a plus and a great idea. Thanks for taking time to make quality a priority.
